DAY 1
  • Arrival at the airport in Kathmandu, Nepal, KTM, if possible before 1 pm.
  • Transport to the 3-star hotel, about 10 minutes outside of Kathmandu, with relaxing decor and nature, double bed rooms and private bathrooms.
  • 2 pm: check-in the room.
  • Ayurveda massage.
  • 7 pm: dinner.

DAY 2
  • 7:15 am to 8 am: Tibetan breathing, yoga, and meditation with GM Brana.
  • 8 am: breakfast.
  • Visit the three world heritage sites in Kathmandu.
  • 9 am: Visit the Swayambhu.
  • 12:30: lunch at the Utpala Café.
  • Visit the Boudhanath Stupa.
  • Visit the Hindu temple of Pashupati.
  • Visit the cave where Mahasiddhas Tilopa and Naropa meditated.
  • 7:30 pm: dinner.

  DAY 3
  • 7:15 am to 8 am: Tibetan breathing, yoga, and meditation with GM Brana.
  • 8 am: breakfast.
  • 9 am: visit the Ashura Cave in Parphing, where Padmasambhava reached enlightenment.
  • Guided meditation by the teacher in the Padmasambhava lineage.
  • 1 pm: lunch.
  • 1 pm: visit the historical site Patan.
  • Sound healing experience.
  • 7:30 pm: dinner.

DAY 4
  • 7:15 am to 8 am: Tibetan breathing, yoga and meditation with GM Brana.
  • 8 am: breakfast.
  • 8:30 am, transport to the Kathmandu airport, KTM.
  • 11:20 Flight to the Gautam Buddha International Airport, Bhairahawa, BWA, near Lumbini, about a 35 minute-flight.
  • Transport to the hotel in Lumbini, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Check-in the 3-star hotel in Lumbini, with relaxing decor and nature, double rooms with private bathrooms.
  • 1 pm: lunch.
  • Guided Lumbini exploration, the birthplace of the Buddha, a world heritage site.
  • 7:30 pm: dinner.

  • 7:15 am to 8 am: Tibetan breathing, yoga, and meditation with GM Brana.

  • Meditation at the monastery in Lumbini.
  • 1 pm: lunch.
  • Free time in Lumbini for exploration, meditation and contemplation.
  • 7:30 pm: dinner.

  • 9 am transport to the airport.
  • 12:25: Flight from BWA to KTM.
  • Transport to Nagarkot.
  • Free afternoon in Nagarkot, for the views of Himalayas, exploration, meditation and contemplation.
  • 7:30 pm: dinner.
  • Stay in Nagarkot.

  • Sunrise meditation in Nagarkot with GM Brana.
  • 8 am: breakfast.
  • 9 am to 12: visit the Buddha Peace Park, tree planting.
  • 12: lunch.
  • 1 pm to 6 pm: Visit the Namo Buddha Monastery.
  • 7:30 pm: dinner.

DAY 8
  • Wake up before sunrise to enjoy the sunrise in Nagarkot.
  • 8 am: breakfast.
  • Visit two world heritage sites Changunarayan and Bhaktapur.
  • 12: lunch.
  • At the Changu Narayan, receive the Gayatri mantra transmission from the yogi.
  • 7:30 pm: dinner.

  • 9 am to 12: visit the Kopan Monastery,
  • 1 pm: lunch.
  • 3 pm to 6 pm: Tibetan doctor teachings.

  • 10 am to 12: Class of Nepali dance.
  • 12: lunch.
  • 2 pm to 4 pm: A group healing session ceremony with a shaman.
  • 7 pm: See the spiritual Aarati.
  • 7:30 pm: Cultural dinner show.

  • 8 am: breakfast.
  • Free Day.
  • Shopping in Kathmandu.
  • No lunch and no dinner, so you can try local food in restaurants in the Thamel market.
  • Suggested to visit the Durbar Squares of Hanuman Dhoka, the heritage sites, and visit the local market.

  • Transport from the hotel to the airport in Kathmandu.

Maximum of 22 spiritual adventurers

The altitude of the Kathmandu valley is about 1,300 meters. To compare it, the elevation of Cusco, Peru is about 3,400 meters. The Namo Buddha monastery is at the elevation of 1750 meters.

The spiritual adventurer is expected to be able to walk for two hours and use the stairs up and down, although there is no trekking. There are no mobility aids or assistive devices. The city of Kathmandu is very dynamic, in contrast with peaceful mountains and nature that surrounds it. Whole-food plant based nutrition, will help us to keep the energy light.
