Anāhata Nāda = eternal sound
Anatomical position: Thoracic plexus. Located in the middle of the chest, at the level of the heart, behind the breastbone. It impacts heart, lungs, breasts, shoulders, and arms.
Increasing the capacity of this chakra:
– Betters our management of emotions, in receiving and giving love
– Balances our male and female energies
– Allows our inner-strength to win over our ego
– Accelerates our attainment of wisdom
– Empowers us to overcome obstacles and problems
– Magnifies our feeling cosmic love and inspiration
