DivineYu Academy highly recommends attending two spiritual retreats in nature each year for self-healing, wellness and your spiritual evolution. Disconnect from busy city life, to connect with nature and reach a state of deep relaxation.

Michael Polisena will teach the Hatha Yoga classes based on Sivananda from 7 am to 8 am and from 5 pm to 6 pm, as part of the retreat program. In addition to the retreat program, the attendees could also reserve a Swedish, facia, or a sport massage with Michael, and he will issue the health insurance receipts. Michael Polisena is a fascia therapist and energy practitioner dedicated to helping others reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence. Drawing from his background in yoga, Reiki, and fascia stretch therapy, he blends physical and energetic modalities to release deep tension, restore natural movement, and support emotional wellness. Michael believes the body holds deep wisdom, and that healing begins when we listen. His work is rooted in the philosophy that tension is unspoken story, and through compassionate presence, movement, and breath, we can unlock the body’s truth and return to love.
