We’ll practice earthing or grounding, by touching the earth barefoot and then charging ourselves with new energy. It’ll be an amazing experience. The Parc Regional de Val-David–Val-Morin provides a magnificent site for outdoors enthusiasts dedicated to ecotourism. This protected territory is crisscrossed by many trails which are used for hiking, also the ideal place for groups and families. The park offers natural splendors and breathtaking panoramas.
