Grief is energetically associated with imbalances of lungs. It’s caused by feeling of loss or separation from the spiritual source, family member, friend, romantic partner, job, house, dream, and also by conflicts, unfairness and changes.

November 12, 2019: A large study by Natalie L. Dyer, PhD, Ann L. Baldwin, PhD, and William L. Rand was completed with 99 Reiki Master giving sessions across the United States. A total of 1411 Reiki sessions were conducted and included in the analysis. Conclusion: Reiki acutely improved physical and psychological symptoms associated with many health conditions, including affect, pain, depression, anxiety, tiredness, drowsiness, nausea, shortness of breath, appetite, and overall well-being. Reiki can provide immediate relief for many health conditions and is used for this purpose inside and outside of the hospital setting. This multi-site real-world effectiveness trial was feasible to conduct and provided important preliminary data on the effectiveness of a single session of Reiki to improve physical and psychological symptoms. From 1989 to 2018, a total of 74 peer-reviewed research articles have been published on Reiki. Over 800 hospitals (15%) in the United States currently offer Reiki to patients.

To safeguard our immune system, we like to follow the Health Canada Food Guide. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, whole grain foods and legumes. Choose protein foods that come from plants more often. Choose foods with healthy fats instead of saturated fat. Limit highly processed foods. Prepare meals and snacks using ingredients that have little to no added sodium, sugars or saturated fat. Make water your drink of choice. Replace sugary drinks with water.
