12 to 2 pm – meditation walk at the Mount Condor route in the Val-David park
3 pm – 4 pm energy healing practices, 5 elements, mantras 5 Buddha families wisdom mandala
4 pm to 5 pm – delicious, whole-food plant-based dinner
5 pm to 7 pm – fire ceremony with cacao, ancestral energy clearing in the Andean Medicine Wheel
