2 hour activity on the theme: Spiritual Heart Healing through meditation & sound (a journey through forgiveness of others and the self).

We’ll use the Tree of Life, as a source of meditation to help us better understand different aspects of ourselves.

Become a Reiki Master! Upon completion, you will receive a Third Degree Certificate in the DivineYu Usui system of Reiki from the DivineYu Academy.

This class is based on precious, authentic and original teachings of the Buddha, the Shamatha Meditation based on the Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy.
